• Develop and own product positioning and messaging that resonate with different audiences — from the shop floor to IT and OT leadership • Create sales and enablement materials such as battlecards, one-pagers, presentations, solution sheets, and internal briefings • Support go-to-market activities for new features, releases, or products — including messaging, audience targeting, and launch materials • Develop content and campaigns that address our market, build trust, and support the buyer decision process • Conduct and maintain competitive analyses to enable differentiation and to refine the roadmap or messaging • Work closely with product managers, implementation consultants, sales colleagues, and marketing team members • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, use-case stories, and executive-level content • Continuously evolve messaging based on market feedback, signals, and performance data
• 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or go-to-market in a B2B SaaS environment — ideally in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial software • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, benefit-oriented communication for different stakeholders • Experience in start-up, scale-up, or matrix-organized companies with cross-functional collaboration • Confident in creating content and materials — from concept to execution — with strategic sensitivity for narrative and positioning • Familiarity with sales enablement practices and tools (battlecards, competitive analyses, objection handling, personas, etc.) • A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style — you want to shape the role, not just fill it • Native-level German and very strong written and spoken English; French or Spanish are a plus (may replace German in exceptional cases)
