📋 Description

• Own and drive complex technical initiatives (e.g., EMR and workflow improvements, improving the patient experience and supporting growth strategies) from detailed planning through successful delivery. • Rigorously track project health, define mitigation strategies for technical risk, and drive successful project delivery across all technical milestones. • Drive technical decision-making by coordinating across engineering teams and other cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring technical requirements are clearly defined and alignment is maintained across all parties. • Maintain and manage technical documentation of project milestones, specifications, and architecture decisions. • Drive decision-making through data analysis, using metrics to measure product success, project health, and ensure compliance with quality standards across all deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a high-growth healthcare/healthtech startup environment. • Deep, hands-on experience in healthcare from both a clinical and patient perspective • Proven ability to operate as a senior, high-velocity individual contributor who owns execution from strategy definition to delivery. • Experience driving the product lifecycle for a complex, internal-facing platform that supports operational or clinical workflows. • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing priorities—technical debt, business needs, and user experience—in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to drive product decisions and project prioritization.
