📋 Description

• Identify and answer relevant questions in IT forums, communities and other online platforms • Create short technical content that presents complex IT topics in a clear and engaging way • Work closely with product management and the development team to understand new features and use cases early and support their communication • Continuously monitor trends, discussions and issues within the target audience and develop appropriate content • Build and maintain an active community around sync-blue® • Demonstrate in a practical way how sync-blue® synchronizes contacts between Outlook, iPhones, CRMs and other systems • Answer questions from IT users directly or prepare helpful posts and short guides

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 hours per week • Interest in IT and cloud tools • Technical understanding and practical experience in an IT environment, e.g. through training, studies, professional work or personal projects • Enjoy writing about technical topics • Ability to present complex content clearly and tailored to the target audience • Interest in modern cloud technologies and willingness to learn hands-on • Confident and stylistically accurate written communication in German • Good English skills are a plus • Independent and structured mode of working • Enjoy engaging actively with the community • Ideally located near Münster for occasional meetings in Dülmen • Career changers with enthusiasm for technology and strong communication skills are welcome
