📋 Description
• Provisioning and operation of sophisticated IT systems based on Amazon Web Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) • Supporting the migration of on-premises applications to the cloud • Implementing our governance, compliance and security requirements together with our cloud platform team • Expertise in monitoring, backup, update/patch and release management • Ensuring continuous operation by monitoring and troubleshooting cloud resources and services • Automating processes for provisioning and managing cloud resources using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) • Cross-functional collaboration with other teams to define and implement technical requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field • Several years of experience in the AWS cloud environment and in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions and applications while adhering to security and compliance standards • Extensive experience with Linux, network technologies and concepts, and proven security practices • Willingness to specialize in and adopt new technologies • Automation using CloudFormation, Terraform and Git/Bitbucket is second nature to you • You communicate confidently within the team, with service providers and with our customers, take responsibility for your work and enjoy solving tasks collaboratively • Very good English skills, written and spoken, and good German skills.
