📋 Description

• Lead scientific oversight of eCOA implementation, translating endpoint scales into digital platforms with fidelity to protocol and scoring requirements • Drive development and review of eCOA specifications with vendors • Own UAT strategy, including authoring and reviewing test scripts • Lead end-to-end UAT execution and resolve issues for system delivery and study readiness • Lead global scale licensing and copyright strategy • Ensure scale selection, version control, and implementation align with protocol-defined endpoints • Oversee translation strategy and vendor execution • Drive consistency across source scales, translations, and eCOA/eCRF implementations • Design and deliver rater training programs • Define rater qualification standards and support selection of study-ready site personnel • Develop and deploy training and certification programs • Monitor rater performance and lead targeted remediation

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate (e.g., MA/MS) degree in psychology/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred • Knowledge of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric assessments, including patient reported outcome measures • Experience rating psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric assessments preferred • Experience within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting in professional settings • Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 20%)
