âą Assist potential participants navigate the clinical trial process in a virtual call center âą Engage with people who have expressed interest in participating in clinical trials âą Assist with basic travel and reimbursement inquiries âą Conduct pre-screening interviews using provided scripts and guidelines âą Accurately record patient data and call outcomes in internal systems âą Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and documentation
âą Must be fluent in French, Italian, and English âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Strong attention to detail and empathy when speaking with patients âą Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace âą Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday âą GCP certification desired, but can be obtained during training
