📋 Description

• manage and lead a team of statistical programmers • oversee project metrics and ensure deliverables are met • develop programming standards and best practices • collaborate with project teams for statistical programming needs

🎯 Requirements

• strong end-to-end programming experience, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF development • at least 2 years of relevant experience in project and people management, including oversight of project metrics • leading a team of 20+ members • proficiency in R or Python is a plus • hands-on experience in safety and efficacy programming • writing specifications for SDTM and ADaM datasets • clinical phases: Phase-I, II, III & IV • TA: Any
