📋 Description

• Syneos Health is a leading fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization focused on accelerating customer success. • Role: Manager Statistical Programming to lead end-to-end programming, SDTM/ADaM, and oversee a 20+ member team. • Collaboration with clinical development teams; requires expertise in R/Python.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in project and people management, including oversight of project metrics. • The role requires leading a team of 20+ members. • Proficiency in R or Python is a plus. • Hands-on experience in safety and efficacy programming, including writing specifications for SDTM and ADaM datasets. • Clinical Phases: Phase-,II,III & IV • TA: Any.
