• manage daily purchasing requests and ensure compliance with company policies • liaise with departmental representatives for efficient requisition processing • develop and distribute purchase orders and change orders • track vendor purchasing activities and maintain related files • perform required audits on behalf of the Global Procurement department
🎯 Requirements
• experience in procurement or purchasing • ability to read, analyze and interpret quotes • highly organized with excellent follow-up skills • experience with Oracle and purchasing processes • ability to manage and communicate requests via a ticketing system
