🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in clinical research and statistical activities • strong expertise in SAP development, mock shell creation, CSR review, Estimand Framework, randomization methodologies, and a understanding of Bayesian approaches • Proficiency in R (mandatory) • experience supporting late-phase clinical trials and/or Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies • solid exposure to CDISC standards, SAS programming • prior experience functioning as a Lead Statistician • experience in Vaccine or Oncology therapeutic areas is preferred
