📋 Description

• Drive the planning and execution of elements of clinical trials in partnership with the Project Lead • Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines and are delivered within budget • Serve as subject matter expert for relevant project management tools and systems • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution • Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports and contribute to study financial health • Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance to support short- and long-term goals • Document project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders • Lead communication between project team members regarding project status and changes • Document and escalate project risks and issues and drive timely resolution • Maintain systems, project management tools, and methodologies • Drive quality assurance activities, including audit preparation and internal review, and follow actionable issues through resolution • Oversee tasks and activities by mentoring and coordinating junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight • Experience or expertise with project management tools and systems • Knowledge of financial processes and systems • Ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors • Ability to conduct project performance analysis • Ability to document and escalate project risks and issues • Ability to perform quality assurance activities and prepare audit documentation • Ability to mentor and coordinate junior team members
