📋 Description

• Develop and maintain programs to create analysis datasets, tables, and figures • Ensure accuracy and compliance with statistical standards • Provide statistical programming support for statisticians, clients, and business needs • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues • Source, organize, and interpret complex data sets using advanced coding techniques • Collaborate with statisticians and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver statistical outputs • Evaluate programming processes and implement revisions to improve productivity and efficiency • Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of statistical programming processes, programs, and policies • Direct the work of lower-level professionals and provide guidance and mentorship • Manage statistical programming processes and programs in alignment with organizational goals • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Stay updated on statistical programming and data analysis advancements

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming and data analysis • Strong experience in ADaM and TLF programming • Experience with efficacy endpoints is good to have • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent certification • Certification in data analysis or statistical programming is preferred • Proficiency in statistical programming and data manipulation • Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques • Ability to develop and implement efficient programming solutions • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
