• Set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information, including KPIs, regulatory documents, TMF, enrollment, AEs/SAEs, protocol deviations, site supplies, IRB re-approvals, and data queries • Maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports, including vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, grants, pass-through payments, and forecasts • Lead internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items, and follow up with team members through closure • Record KPI status in assigned systems with Project Lead input and oversight • Assess and communicate KPIs with proposed action plans • Prepare and provide customer status reports with Project Lead oversight • Ensure study documents are archived according to applicable guidelines and policies • Serve as project representative for internal and external audits when needed • Support quality assurance activities, audit preparation, internal reviews, documentation, and resolution of actionable issues • Serve as primary customer contact when the Project Lead is out of the office, seeking Project Director input • Mentor and train Project Specialists when needed
• Experience and deep expertise in clinical solutions/drug development are referenced, but no minimum years of experience is specified • Ability to set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information in databases and systems • Ability to maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports, including vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, and forecasts • Ability to record and assess KPIs and prepare status reports for customers • Knowledge of study document archiving guidelines and policies • Ability to support quality assurance activities, audits, and internal reviews • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will be considered • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with reasonable accommodations when appropriate
