📋 Description

• You'll own the development of add-ins and integrations within our agentic platform. • You'll be the first dedicated technical member of our new Marketplace team. • You'll work closely with the VP of Software Partnerships to define the marketplace roadmap and relations with software partners. • You'll work with a wide range of technologies – CAD tools, simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI. • You'll make technical decisions and own integration projects with 3rd parties from end to end. • You deliver customer-facing value regularly through integration projects. • You will mentor peers and contribute to architecture and product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• You resonate with Synera's Core Values. • You have a deep understanding of developing add-ins, plugins or integrations for complex software systems. • You’ve got the AI-native mindset and curiosity to learn and develop your skills in this area. • You bring hands-on experience with PLM, SPDM, or MES platforms. • You bring strong proficiency in C# and C++, with solid algorithmic and logical thinking skills. • You're comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. • You are a strong communicator in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
