📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. • Lead software rollouts ensuring customer value realization. • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing stakeholders and internal teams. • Build and expand enterprise relationships driving adoption through structured engagement. • Prepare and lead Executive Business Reviews and on-site workshops with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain, including enterprise customer success, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic account growth • Strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods. • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. • Highly data-driven, able to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth.
