• Care for patients throughout Texas via telehealth. • Treat patients of both biological sexes with a primary focus on women's hormone replacement therapy (HRT). • Evaluate and manage male patients as needed. • Participate in professional development and career advancement opportunities.
• Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with Texas APRN licensure (Family specialty only) or an active Texas Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy NPI. • Current Texas DEA registration (required at the time of application; no company reimbursement is provided). • Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. • Current board certification applicable to your profession. • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits. • Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred. • Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
