📋 Description

• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion. • Manage performance, provide feedback, and ensure professional growth across teams. • Optimize processes and enhance collaboration between cross-functional teams. • Define and enforce code review standards and security practices to improve quality and security at scale. • Oversee the architectural decisions and system implementation for multiple teams. • Lead strategic decision-making that impacts technical directions and project outcomes. • Managing complex project deliverables, contributing to the technical strategy, and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
