📋 Description

• Technical Problem Resolution : Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications • Multi-Channel Support : Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner • Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Issue Tracking : Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely and lasting resolutions • Team Collaboration : Communicate and collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters • Business Tool Support : Support and maintain business-critical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and VPN clients

🎯 Requirements

• IT Support Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles • Microsoft Expertise : Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Communication Skills : Clear, user-friendly communication style for engaging with non-technical users • Prioritization : Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment • Language : Fluent English – written and spoken • Proactive Mindset : You don't just fix problems, you prevent them through forward-thinking approaches
