📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships within the Finance and HR sectors. • Manage your own portfolio and develop tailored solutions for deploying specialists. • Generate new interim projects and staff them precisely with freelance specialists. • Develop creative approaches for acquiring and retaining clients and implement them independently. • Identify trends and opportunities and leverage them to drive sales success.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years in the B2B services environment, ideally in personnel services/staffing. • Passion for sales: you are driven by selling and have a strong interest in Finance and HR topics. • You enjoy approaching people — cold calling is an opportunity, not an obstacle. • You demonstrate empathy, strong negotiation skills, and a clear results focus. • Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
