📋 Description

• Plan and deliver remote courses on SAP FI and/or CO • Translate complex learning objectives into clear, practical learning units • Enrich lessons with examples from your own IT experience • Foster collaboration and self-organization within learning groups • Manage conflicts and feedback • Develop targeted initiatives for participants who need additional support • Work closely with the Student Success Team • Create practical learning materials in collaboration with the Product Team • Take responsibility for the subject-matter and instructional quality of the course • Support participants through to completion and help them transition into the job market

🎯 Requirements

• SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling) • At least 2 years of SAP project experience in the relevant area • Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, implementation, and customization • Train-the-Trainer (PTWTTT) certification is an advantage • EWM experience is an advantage • Fluent German at a minimum C1 level • Excellent communication skills • Ability to teach SAP at user level and, over time, at consultant level • Ability to independently explain complex topics in a logical and comprehensible manner • Strong affinity for online teaching/e-learning and web-based learning programs
