📋 Description
• Lead a team of developers while architecting scalable solutions using React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang) • Make critical architecture decisions • Mentor engineers and set coding standards • Collaborate with product/CTO to align tech with business goals • Hands-on code for complex features/POCs • Define tech stack strategy • Lead system design for scalability • Review code and enforce best practices • Conduct technical interviews and build high-performing teams • Build React.js frontends
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience • Strong understanding of React.js and TypeScript for frontend development • Strong proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL for backend development, with experience in Go (Golang) • Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms and Kubernetes orchestration • Proven ability to implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring with DataDog.
