📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and maintain clear communication across teams • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced fintech environment • Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates, and ensure transparency with leadership • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology projects • Strong understanding of fintech systems, digital payments, banking workflows, or financial product platforms • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
