📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, etc.) to drive qualified leads. • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to define, track, and optimize lead flow and funnel metrics. • Manage paid programs (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and continually refine targeting, messaging, and ROI. • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling assets and nurture programs. • Experiment with new channels and growth levers to accelerate pipeline creation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing. • Proven track record in generating and converting pipeline for enterprise or SaaS products. • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics. • Data-driven mindset with comfort owning and communicating key performance metrics. • Startup DNA — you’re resourceful, fast-moving, and hands-on.
