📋 Description
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of research support staff for the scheduling and delivery of healthcare meeting and events data • Telephone communications • Collection and submission of data into computer portals • Communicating data submission expectations and timelines • Handling and filing of submitted documentation • Responding to general questions • Supporting Coordinating Team to ensure prompt contracting and payments
🎯 Requirements
• Fluently bilingual (both written and verbal English and French) • Highly computer literate • Experience in communications and contracting an asset • Prior healthcare experience or training is not required.
