• Lead a team of professionals dedicated to the daily management of Sysco operating company maintenance operations • Monitor maintenance performance related to all Sysco assets within Supply Chain • Assist in executing best practices based on Maintenance Strategy • Execute on maintenance and purchasing policies • Train operating company maintenance staff on procedures and systems • Assess process compliance at operating company through site visits • Communicate relevant findings and information to maintenance operations • Collaborate with operating company maintenance staff, Fleet and Facility Directors, and Market Vice Presidents of Operations (MVPO)
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years related work experience • 5-years previous EAM/CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, INFOR, Dematic Sprocket, etc.) • 7-10 years Sysco company experience or 12-15 years' experience in related position • Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems • CMMS technical and business configuration experience and administration • Basic understanding of web services and systems integration • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word, and SharePoint)
