📋 Description

• Provision, configure and maintain resources in multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP), including connectivity, DNS, security groups and IAM, exclusively via code. No activity will be performed through the manual console (ClickOps) — all deliverables must be traceable, versioned and reproducible; • Automation & IaC: Develop and maintain Terraform code, including creating modules from scratch when no prior solution exists; • Ensure reusability, documentation and compliance with the CCoE IaC standards; • We actively encourage the use of AI tools to assist with creating and reviewing IaC code — provided the professional retains technical ownership of generated output and all code passes the CCoE review standards; • Consultative role: Participate in technical meetings with client areas, elicit and understand undocumented requirements, propose viable solutions and translate them into executable scope — with the autonomy to challenge inappropriate requirements and suggest alternatives within standards; • Governance advocacy: Defend architectural and security decisions before client teams, even under pressure for speed or exceptions; • Implement and adhere to automated guardrails and policies-as-code (PaC); • AI enablement: Execute infrastructure requests arising from corporate AI initiatives — cross-provider connectivity, provisioning and specific automations — ensuring compliance with CCoE standards; • Applied FinOps: Apply cost-optimization criteria in the design and execution of solutions, flagging opportunities for rightsizing and efficiency during provisioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational Multicloud: Deep hands-on technical experience in AWS, Azure and OCI, with operational familiarity with GCP; • Terraform — Modules: Strong experience with Terraform, including creating modules from scratch for scenarios without preexisting solutions. Not limited to consuming existing modules; • Cloud Networking: Operational experience with cloud network topology (VPCs, subnets, routing, availability zones and cross-provider connectivity), VPN configuration, DNS, BGP and troubleshooting in multicloud environments; • Applied Security: Hands-on experience with security groups, IAM, access policies and Network ACLs — direct execution, not just review or audit; • Governance & PaC: Experience in environments using policies-as-code, automated compliance controls and CCoE or cloud governance frameworks; • Technical assertiveness: Proven track record of defending architectural decisions when facing teams pushing for exceptions or shortcuts, upholding standards while maintaining collaboration; • Consultative profile: Ability to lead technical meetings with stakeholders at different levels, document decisions and translate unstructured demands into executable scope autonomously; • Entra ID / Azure AD: Experience with SSO, MFA and creating Enterprise Apps, preferably via IaC; • Script development: Familiarity with provider CLIs (AWS CLI, Azure CLI, OCI CLI, gcloud) and building scripts for discovery, inventory and bulk operations in environments; • ML services: Contextual knowledge of Vertex AI, SageMaker or Azure ML — as a reference to understand requests, not as a specialization; • Regulated environments: Experience in regulated sectors, especially healthcare or financial services; • Certifications: Professional-level certification in at least one provider (e.g., AWS SAA-C03, AZ-305, OCI Architect Associate).
