📋 Description

• Define architectural standards for platform services and introduce established industry best practices. • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools and technologies, determining which solutions move into production. • Serve as the technical reference for three engineers in training through structured mentoring and code reviews. • Uphold engineering quality across testing, observability, agent security, and cost control. • Develop agent components with LangGraph and LangChain, including orchestration, state, memory, and tool usage. • Integrate models and execution services using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. • Implement and maintain the Model Gateway, providing standardized access, model routing, usage limits, and failover capabilities. • Implement input and output guardrails, tool authorization, action limits, and human approval in workflows where required. • Develop tool contracts and integrations through APIs and MCP, using n8n for automations and workflows. • Implement continuous evaluation, traceability, and monitoring of quality, latency, failures, and costs. • Create templates and components for the self-service portal, supporting the adoption and evolution of solutions through to production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and developing production-grade generative AI applications. • Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain. • Experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. • Knowledge of guardrails, agent security, and access control for data and tools. • Experience with Model Gateways, model integration, and usage management. • Experience with n8n, REST APIs, and tool contracts using MCP. • Knowledge of RAG, agent evaluation, observability, and LLMOps/AgentOps practices. • Experience with automated testing, Git, and CI/CD.
