📋 Description

• Facilitate teams’ Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment, focus on sprint objectives, and continuous value delivery • Support the writing of user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as effective backlog prioritization • Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and teams on demand refinement and planning • Continuously map, analyze, and optimize workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities • Monitor Agile metrics and indicators to increase predictability and support data-driven decision-making • Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity and efficiency • Promote a culture of self-organization, collaboration, continuous improvement, and psychological safety • Foster integration between business and technology functions, strengthening team communication and alignment • Share best practices in agility and process improvement • Lead workshops, training sessions, and enablement initiatives to advance the organization’s Agile maturity • Support the evolution of working methods by encouraging experimentation, learning, and continuous adaptation • Contribute to the development of high-performing, results-oriented teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, or Agile Coach in software development and digital product environments • Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Design Sprint • Experience leading and facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinement sessions • Knowledge of Throughput, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD), Burn-down, and Burn-up • Ability to collect, analyze, and present metrics to support decision-making and delivery predictability • Experience identifying, managing, and removing technical, operational, and organizational impediments • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure Boards, or similar tools • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict mediation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels and promote collaboration across teams • Certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP, KMP, or equivalent are a plus • Experience with SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or the Spotify Model is a plus • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and microservices is a plus • Experience leading workshops and advanced facilitation activities is a plus • Experience defining and tracking OKRs is a plus • Previous experience as a developer, technical analyst, or QA professional is a plus
