• Contribute to and manage international cooperation projects with a thematic focus on private and financial sector development • Conduct structural, document and process analyses, as well as needs assessments • Perform impact measurement through evaluations and develop monitoring systems • Further develop methodological approaches and tools • Support acquisition of new projects • Contribute to company development and bring forward your own ideas
• Completed university degree (Master’s level) with a focus on economics, development cooperation or development economics, political science, or international relations (or equivalent) • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience in project management or project leadership • Knowledge and experience in private and/or financial sector development • Advanced knowledge and experience with empirical social research methods • Ability to quickly distill complex issues to their essentials, and to work in a structured and systematic manner • Strong analytical and communication skills and a high degree of client orientation • Fluent German and English (additional languages, especially French or Spanish, are an advantage)
