📋 Description

• Strategically build and develop strong, long-term customer relationships • Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts • Analyze customer potential • Advise customers on strategic and operational matters • Execute complex projects • Identify profitable business opportunities involving Systema technologies and services • Actively drive cross-selling across other Systema divisions • Independently plan and conduct customer meetings and presentations • Manage internal collaboration with Consulting and Engineering teams during the pre-sales phase • Coordinate the internal sales process • Prepare proposals and calculate pricing according to specifications • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as manufacturers and Systema partners

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university studies or vocational training in a technical or business-related field • Initial experience in field sales • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructures • Knowledge of leading IT vendors • Commercial acumen • Strong customer focus • Excellent communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Sense of responsibility • High level of resilience and flexibility • Willingness to travel
