📋 Description

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for Villa Sport division • Manage the monthly close to ensure that reports are sent out on a timely basis • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports for accuracy • Manage and develop the billing, sales audit, and general ledger groups • Develop or update standard operating procedures as needed • Develop KPI's for billing and sales audit group • Review and clean up balance sheet account reconciliations monthly • Prepare quarterly external financials • Participate in annual budgeting process by assisting in the calculation of budget spreads and process final budgets into JDE • Collaborate with clubs to provide support excellent customer service • Assist with annual external audit • Special Projects as assigned by the Controller.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, required with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance • Minimum of five years of accounting experience • Five years of supervisory experience • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Strong oral and written communication skills • Intermediate to advance level of Excel skills • Strong working knowledge of MS Word.
