📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of four to six frontend developers • Keep up with new technology trends and share knowledge with colleagues • Collaborate with the team on modern web applications for long-standing enterprise customers • Act as developer, coach, motivator, sparring partner, and technical lead as needed • Take primary technical responsibility for the team's and product's architecture and technical direction • Analyze customer requirements • Develop tailored solutions with the team • Implement solutions in close collaboration with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in enterprise web development with JavaScript/TypeScript • Ideally experience with React and GraphQL and related technologies • Ideally knowledge of backend development in .NET projects • Experience in the technical/functional leadership of software developers • Ideally some initial experience in disciplinary/line management • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum • Confident working within an agile context • Open and clear communication style • Very good command of German • Willingness and ability to make decisions
