📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap • Oversee priorities from initial concept through to delivery • Align product development with client needs and business objectives • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders • Build long-term client relationships focused on outcomes • Improve processes using data, feedback, and insight • Identify opportunities to automate and optimise workflows • Work closely with development and consultancy teams • Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making • Lead and develop a team of consultants and specialists • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development • Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical outputs • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with growth • Take ownership of delivery across product and custom development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within SaaS, professional services, or managed services • Strong understanding of financial services or accountancy environments • Able to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organised way • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development
