📋 Description

• Responsible the financial and contractual authority on construction projects • Ensuring alignment between budget, commitments, contract terms, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Operates as a strategic partner to Operations • Providing financial oversight, risk identification, and commercial guidance while maintaining strict adherence to contractual and audit requirements • Work directly with the operations team, finance team, and assigned clients to provide financial analysis and reporting as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or project management required • 4‐8 years’ experience in a similar role, required • An MBA is a plus, or it can be applied towards the experience requirement • Previous business partnering, data center, or NetSuite experience is a plus
