📋 Description

• Run the daily cycle of submissions, acknowledgements and error reports • Fix errors at the source rather than patching outputs • Resolve customer disputes within SLA by checking claims against company data and correcting or removing warranted records • Escalate disputes to the appropriate team when necessary • Own reporting logic in dbt on BigQuery, including exclusion lists and data-quality checks • Build reporting logic for new products and validate it with Credit Bureau before go-live • Tune submission volume and cadence against the Credit Bureau data dictionary • Act as point of contact with the Credit Bureau for clarifications, Service Desk tickets and processing capacity • Own the customer repayment reporting pipeline end to end for AECB and SIMAH

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a data, risk or reporting analyst in a lending company or fintech • Strong SQL • Real experience working with large datasets in BigQuery • Ability to read a technical specification closely and apply it exactly as written • Investigative approach to checking data before acting on tickets and documenting findings • Professional English, written and spoken • Comfort with fixed SLAs • Patience working with an external counterparty
