📋 Description

• Lead large cross-team projects and drive them to production • Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition • Review feature designs and ensure non-functional requirements are met • Oversee technical debt management and incident handling • Hire, evaluate, and motivate team members • Build cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency • Foster a results- and business-oriented culture • Monitor key team performance indicators • Ensure process and delivery transparency for stakeholders and partner functions • Optimize processes to improve productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong fundamentals in building reliable, scalable systems • Go experience is a plus • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally in a fast-paced fintech or e-commerce environment • Experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high-load architectures • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture • Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development • Passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently • Strong communication skills in English
