📋 Description

• - **Terraform**: prior hands-on experience (or readiness to close the gap quickly); • - **SRE fundamentals**: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, postmortems; • - **Go/Python**: write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (**Go preferred**); • - **Jira Service Management** (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations; • - **GCP **Basic: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions. BigQuery; • - Incident recording and participation in resolution; • - Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (critical); ability to own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product; ability to identify bottlenecks; • - **Communication (English B2+):** running war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
