Tabeo is a software platform and payments suite built for dental practices and groups. It combines card payments, patient finance (with FCA-compliant lending flows and automated credit/affordability checks), and membership plans into a single dashboard (Revenue Engine) that integrates with practice management systems to handle billing, collections, clinician payroll allocation, and reporting. The product is positioned for practice managers, owners and multi-site groups to increase treatment acceptance, automate recurring revenue, reduce back‑office overhead and provide visibility into practice finances.

📋 Description

• Own high-impact analysis across payments and memberships, automate repetitive work, and deliver clear insights that help 6,000+ clinics thrive. • Shape the success of the company as we continue to grow our product suite and revenues. • This role combines traditional data analysis with elements of analytics engineering, including building reliable data models, automating reporting, and creating scalable datasets. • Own performance and projects and bring new ideas. • Split time between task exploration, coding and presenting. • Discern what is important in the data and explain compellingly to others. • Automate repeating tasks in order to free up time for high impact projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Happy and willing to communicate, because data means nothing until it’s put into action • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in maths or science obtained from an accredited and certified institute • Extremely comfortable building models in Excel / Google Sheets • Strong experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL • Proficiency in building models using statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS, or similar). • Able to take ownership and manage projects to the end • Experience with git, BigQuery, DBT, Stripe Sigma would all be valuable • Experience in lending or payments would be prized • Fluent in English • Organised, meticulous and great time management • Able to communicate complex analysis to non-data savvy business users • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines • Able to grasp commercial concepts quickly and carry out analysis independently • Flexibility is a must.
