📋 Description

• Achieve revenue targets and quotas as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). • Drive TEAM selling approach to support customer intimate solution development. • Heavy focus on complex corporate account management and increasing share of wallet. • Develop business understanding to ensure knowledge of product, customer, competitors. • Submit on-time forecasts and other ad-hoc reports and maintain accurate SalesForce.com data for accounts, contacts, and opportunity pipeline management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university • A degree with a Life Science focus preferred • Experience working in a lab or technical setting • Experience in account/territory management in a life science or specialized field with demonstrated success in meeting established targets • Minimum 1-year relevant experience and/or training • Ability to write reports and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of the organization at all levels • Ability to actively listen and understand information presented and different points of view • Ability to influence internal teams in support of customer and revenue goals • Ability to set direction with territory/account plans • Must conduct business with a sense of urgency • Ability to implement sales process methodology including prospecting, qualifying, presenting solution, objection handling, negotiating, and closing to drive territory performance as well as provide customer solutions • Ability to demonstrate understanding of market, customers, and competition through business analytics • Ability to develop solutions and make recommendations to meet or exceed territory goals
