• Collaborate with the Account Manager, clients, and creative teams to understand client goals and target audiences • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and budgets • Execute media buys across various online channels, including social media, display advertising and search engine marketing • Manage client budgets for digital media buying, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses • Oversee the implementation and execution of digital media campaigns, including ad placement and scheduling • Analyze the effectiveness of digital media campaigns using key metrics and data analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a focus on Media Buying • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) • Professional client service and communication skills • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience with client retention and growth strategies is a plus.
