📋 Description

• Perform continuous operational monitoring of TAG IMF participants. • Ensure the distribution and follow-up of irregularity notices (CSOs). • Monitor response SLAs and support the preparation of documentation for regulatory and dispute processes. • Conduct the triage and initial handling of manual regulatory monitoring alerts (INCs and PRBs). • Send standard communications to Participants. • Track dispute response deadlines, maintain the spreadsheet of sent CSOs, and record justifications received from participants. • Organize analyses, create tracking views, and work with large datasets related to customers’ operational monitoring. • Collect, organize, and archive evidence to support inspection, penalty, and OFP investigation stages. • Keep tracking dashboards in Trello and Google Sheets, as well as tickets in ServiceNow/TAGhub, up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Office / Google Sheets (Intermediate): Proficiency in control spreadsheets, filters, and the organization of operational databases. • Previous experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce, TopDesk, Jira, or Zendesk), internal communication platforms (Slack or Microsoft Teams), and visual task management tools (Trello). • Strong attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, and the ability to manage operational routines without compromising quality. • Preferred: Basic knowledge of the payments industry and Central Bank of Brazil regulations (BCB Resolutions No. 264 and 304), as well as observability and data tools (Looker Studio, Datadog, Power BI).
