📋 Description
• Monitor due dates for invoices and supplier payments in integrated systems, as well as track payments, post and reconcile payment settlements, and manage supporting documents within the integrated system; • Provide support to multiple departments; execute and control payment processes; • Issue tax clearance certificates (CNDs); obtain and arrange installment plans for payment guides/slips; process payments and follow up on outstanding items; • Manage contract terminations with lessors for stations/locations that have been deactivated; • Perform other duties related to the role.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields is a plus; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; • Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
