📋 Description
• Analysis of property documents and land registry records; • Technical support in public expropriation processes; • Processing the removal of restrictions and other encumbrances on the property title; • Actions to incorporate assets into the company's holdings; • Preparation of clarifications and statements for registry procedures; • Follow-up and raising of queries with land registry offices; • Legal and administrative measures for property regularization; • Perform other duties related to the role.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or in progress); • Experience in the property/asset (real estate) area; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; • Experience with SAP is a plus.
