• 当社のプロダクトおよびサービスにおいて、顧客の課題・意思決定構造・競合環境を踏まえ、「何が価値として理解され、なぜ選択されるのか」を定義すること • その定義が、営業・コンテンツ・PRなどのあらゆる顧客接点において一貫した形で伝達される状態を設計すること • ポジショニングおよび価値提案の設計 • ターゲット顧客（経営層・事業責任者など）の課題および意思決定プロセスの理解 • 競合および代替手段を踏まえたポジショニングの定義 • メッセージングおよびストーリー構築 • 複雑なプロダクトの思想や機能を理解し、ビジネス価値・意思決定理由へと翻訳 • 顧客の課題・組織的背景を踏まえ、「なぜ今それが必要なのか」を納得感のあるナラティブとして構築 • プロダクトに関する一貫したメッセージングの確立 • コンテンツおよび顧客接点への展開
