📋 Description
• Build and improve Tailor's Console — the primary interface for developers configuring and managing their Tailor applications • Develop reusable UI components and design system primitives used across our platform and customer applications • Create frontend abstractions (AppShell) that accelerate how forward deployed teams deliver customer solutions • Collaborate with Platform teams based in Japan to ship features end-to-end • Shape the developer experience for engineers building on Tailor's platform • Contribute to architectural decisions around our React/TypeScript stack
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience • Deep expertise in React and TypeScript • Experience building design systems, component libraries, or developer-facing tools • Thoughtful perspectives on frontend architecture, state management, and developer experience • Comfortable working asynchronously across timezones (AU/JP/US) • You've shipped production software to real users and understand the difference between code and product • Experience building on headless/composable platforms or enterprise software • Terraform and Go experience is a plus, or you're excited to learn it
