• Generate new business opportunities for Recruitment and HR Outsourcing services. • Identify and engage potential clients across different industries. • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking activities. • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present Taj HR's service offerings. • Understand client hiring and HR operational needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Experience in lead generation and outbound sales. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Good command of English and Arabic. • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
