📋 Description
• Take responsibility for our IT systems and ensure our close-knit team can perform at their best every day • Develop a future-proof IT landscape based on high-performance hardware and modern cloud services • Select the right devices and tools, configure them for daily use, and enable colleagues to use them effectively • Enable collaboration with our well-known clients via secure connections to their IT systems • Shape the company's internal IT environment by selecting and deploying hardware and software • Optimize our daily work environment within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Evaluate and introduce new tools and cloud services • Connect external partners and clients via VPN • Improve security for application servers, internal systems and data • Increase team productivity by enabling optimal use of IT
🎯 Requirements
• Technical degree or completed vocational training with a strong academic record • Ideally, experience with operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux) • Networking (firewalls, VPNs) • Microsoft 365 administration • Strong willingness to learn and ability to independently master new technologies • High quality awareness and strong standards for your own work • Independent and proactive working style • Good German and English skills
