• Manage client relationships and deliver high-value consulting projects • Organize project budgets, resources, and timelines for profitability • Mentor and develop junior consultants and promote collaborative culture • Capture and share knowledge to enhance project outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University • Strong track record in strategy consulting • Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.) • Strong customer culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with clients • Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients • High level of professional ethics and reliability
