📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and configuration of financial modules in Business Central, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. • Analyze clients’ business processes to propose optimal and innovative solutions that achieve the expected outcomes. • Work closely with clients, developers, analysts, testers, and project managers to ensure successful deployments. • Actively participate in design reviews and internal meetings, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Independently resolve complex financial challenges within Business Central by designing and recommending creative, effective solutions. • Contribute new ideas during workshops and discussions to drive innovation in our approaches and client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in accounting or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of functional analysis experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or 5 years with Dynamics NAV. • Proven experience in implementation and migration projects, as well as post-implementation support. • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 Business Central financial modules (Finance, General Ledger, Sales, Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience with General Ledger (GL); Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP); treasury and cash-flow management; fixed assets and depreciation; budgeting and reporting; cost accounting and multi-dimensional accounting. • Understanding of integration with the supply chain and the financial impacts of orders, inventory, and production. • Experience with project accounting and managing project-related costs. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, ASPE). • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English to engage with clients across North America.
