• Manage a portfolio of technical and organizational IT security projects. • Oversee the progress of cybersecurity initiatives (RUN & projects). • Coordinate internal teams and involved stakeholders. • Organize and lead project meetings / steering committees. • Provide clear reporting: schedule, budget, risks, KPIs. • Lead projects such as migrations, integrations and implementations of security tools. • Analyze technical and functional impacts and support teams during implementation. • Translate technical requirements into business-friendly terms. • Verify and audit evidence and deliverables provided as part of projects. • Ensure alignment with internal and regulatory standards (NIST, DORA, etc.). • Participate in the development and monitoring of annual deployment plans. • Support change management with business and IT teams.
• Experienced profile — minimum 4 years' experience • Experience in the financial or insurance sector: a plus • French required; fluent English
